| 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) gin
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Cognac or Brandy 1 juice from one passion fruit 1 teaspoon sugar 3 oz. (6 tablespoons) chilled dry champagne Garnish: raspberries or strawberry |
| Pour gin and cognac or brandy into a glass. Add the sugar and the pulp from one passion fruit and stir with a fork to extract the juice. Strain into a Champagne flute and top off with champagne.
Garnish drink with berries. Makes 1 Drink |
