Passion Fruit Basted Beef Chunk Roast

1 large beef rump roast (or any other beef roast)

8 oz Passion fruit sauce

 

To Prepare Passion fruit sauce: Makes 8 oz

Ingredients needed:

4 Passion fruit

1 cup corn syrup

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup water

 

( Slow Baked )

Place the 4 pulp from fruit in 1/2 cup of boiling water in heatproof cup. Stir and let steep for 4 minutes. Pour off the liquid to sauce pan. In the sauce pan combine corn syrup and brown sugar. Mix well. Let simmer 1 minute. Bring the sauce to a boil. Let cool Combine Passion fruit sauce and beef chunk roast in your crock pot. Cook all day on low to 8-10 hours.
