| 4 oz. Cognac or your favorite brandy
4 Passion Fruit 2 oz. orange juice 2 T sugar Crushed ice |
| Cut open the passion fruit and scoop the pulp with seeds into a glass. Add cognac or brandy, orange juice and sugar and stir with a fork. Strain into shaker and add the ice. Shake and and strain into cocktail glasses. |
