Passionate Sangria

1 bottle red wine

6 pulp from passion fruit

6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

1 jigger brandy

1/4 cup sugar (if the wine is very dry)

ice cubes.

Cut open 6 passion fruit and scoop pulp and seeds into the wine. Stir with a fork to extract the juice from the pulp. Strain into a large pitcher. Combine the remaining ingredinets in the pitcher. Chill for several hours. Stir occasionally to dissolve sugar.

Makes 1 quart
